Why England?

A Nation Once Ablaze, Now in Darkness, but coming to life again.

England gave the world John Wesley, William Wilberforce, Charles Spurgeon, and countless missionaries who carried the Gospel to the ends of the earth. Churches once overflowed. The name of Jesus echoed through cities and countryside alike.

Today, less than 3% of people in England identify as committed followers of Jesus.

Northern England: A Valley of dry bones

Entire regions that once sent vibrant followers of Jesus to disciple nations now need God to breathe life into dry bones once again! Over the last three years, we have seen the embers of revival in a generation God is raising up. We believe we are in a pivotal moment that could ignite another Great Awakening with the potential to impact the world.

The industrial heartland of Northern England—places like the Tees Valley, Sunderland, Doncaster, Newcastle —faces especially acute spiritual need. These are communities rich in history, resilient in spirit, but largely unreached with the transforming power of the Gospel.

Consider this sobering reality: In the Tees Valley alone—a region of 700,000 people—there are only 4 full-time youth pastors.

Four workers for 700,000 souls.

An entire generation is growing up without ever hearing the name of Jesus spoken with love, without seeing the church as a place of hope, without witnessing the Gospel lived out in their communities.

The Harvest Is Ready

But here's what we believe with unwavering conviction: God is not done with England.

When Jesus looked at the crowds, He saw them as "harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd." Then He said something that echoes across the centuries to us today: "And he said to them, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest." (Luke 10:2)

We believe God is calling this generation to be the answer to that prayer.

Our English brothers and sisters in the Lord need us to come alongside them. They don’t need us to replace them, but to reinforce them. To bring in and disciple the great harvest we are all praying for, just as Jesus commanded us.

The Call to Go

Northern England is not a lost cause. It's a field ripe for harvest.

It just needs:

  • Church planters willing to establish Gospel-centered communities in overlooked towns and estates

  • Youth workers who will invest in the next generation with patience and love

  • Discipleship leaders equipped to help new believers grow deep roots in Christ

  • Prayer warriors committed to interceding for spiritual breakthrough

  • Financial partners who will fuel this work through faithful giving

The fields are ripe. The time is now. The question is: Will you answer the call?

How You Can Respond

If you sense God's call to go:
Explore what it means to serve the Lord in England. The need is urgent, the work is challenging, but the privilege is extraordinary.

If you're called to send:
Partner with us through prayer and financial support. Every laborer sent requires a team of faithful supporters standing behind them.

If you're called to pray:
Join us in interceding for spiritual awakening across England. Revival has happened before and it touched the WORLD, and we believe we are in the beginnings of revival again.

"How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!" (Romans 10:15)

The good news is still the power of God for salvation. England needs to experience representatives of the Kingdom emobdying the nature of the one true King.

Will you help us reach these ones Jesus loves dearly?
